As part of our commitment to the breath and to our practice, we offer breathwork sessions, continuing professional development to our students, and events to our community. Practice is key! No-one can expect to improve their lives without regular commitment to their goals; breathing well is no different.

The physical heart as an organ ceaselessly circulates the blood and in partnership with the lungs brings oxygen and energy to all cells. The body cannot survive for long without this tandem working of the heart and the lung… without the Breath. With each breath the heart is massaged, with each beat of the heart, an electromagnetic field is created which is the strongest rhythmic field produced by the human body. It not only envelops every cell of the body, but also extends out in all directions into the space around us. Studies have definitively shown that our hearts are in communication with one another.
